0.5K MicroMarathon Vendor Registration

You are invited to participate in this incredible community event by having a hydration or refueling station at the 0.5K Micro Maraton!

No Fee to participate!

 

Please submit your completed Vendor Registration form by November 20, 2023

Set up starts at 1:00 pm and must be complete by 2:00 pm the day of the event. 

Bring your own sign, give away items and banner for your booth

You will be required to clean up your own site when the event is over

Please bring your own hydrations/refueling supplies, canopy, table, table covering, and chairs

The City of Brownsville and United Way of Southern Cameron County, assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising out of the participants' acts or omissions, the applicant hereby agrees to hold the City of Brownsville and United Way of Southern Cameron County harmless from any claim arising out of the applicants' entry, acts, or omissions in said event or any accident, injury or damage involved therein including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs. 

I hereby give my permission to United Way of Southern Cameron County to utilize a photograph, videotape, make a voice recording or motion picture of me or of my minor, to be used in connection with visual or audio presentations. I understand and agree that this will become the exclusive property of United Way of Southern Cameron County, and I am to receive no compensation or remuneration for my participation or that of my child.
